Ylber Sela is the first Director of the Agency for Implementation of the Language. In this position he comes after a large experience in the sphere of civil society and in the university.
He completed his primary and secondary education at hometown, and undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Vienna, Austria. He graduated and postgraduated for Political Science, Public Relations and Communication Science at the University of Vienna, and completed PhD studies at the same university (2006), in the direction of political science, in the field of international politics, on “Conflict in Macedonia considering its future membership in the European Union”.
His career as a university lecturer started at the South East European University (SEEU) (2003), where he continues to lecture. Furthermore, Ylber Sela, PhD is is a regular lecturer and holds the title of Ordinary Professor at the University of Tetovo (from 2010). In the past, he was a lecturer in the Republic of Kosovo, at the University Colleges FAMA, AAB, ILIRIA and UBT.
